My brother is now 18 years old. He previously had a blood tumour at his left forearm and has undergone several surgeries to remove the tumour since 2001. However, the tumour could not be completely removed and kept recurring. Due to the many operations done, there has been an arteriovenous fistula (the linkage between artery and vein) developed at his left forearm. This "blood pool" has recently grown exceptionally fast. After consulting many doctors, we reached the decision to carry out an endovascular occlusion and an embolisation of major feeder vessels. However, the area swelled back again 2-3 days after the operations. Now my brother is experiencing pain and discomfort. We are desperately looking for advices regarding this medical problem from all over the world. Please lend us your helping hand in any way possible. Thank you very much!

From inability to be let alone; from too much zeal for the new and contempt for what is old; from putting knowledge before wisdom, science before art, and cleverness before common sense; from treating patients as cases, and from making the cure of the disease more grievous than the endurance of the same, Good Lord, deliver us...
